Inspirational. I am a sober alcoholic who has also suffered from depression, and it’s amazing to see a pro athlete bringing awareness to mental health. Everyone is fighting a battle that you know nothing about. Be kind, always.

I hope I can see you again back in Indiana and prefect north slopes, to this day they still don’t allow rentals in the park you have inspired me to ski but I live in ohio my parents drive me 45 minutes a couple times a week to ski on the terrain park. My parents keep telling me to go with Olympic diving but I want to ski and only ski in the X-games and or Olympics.

Hey Nick, if you see this, I hope you’re doing better and we’re all still rooting for you. I saw your Dad recently and talked to him shortly... It’s been forever it seems. I remember skiing with you, you were so good even when we were so young. And then freshman year, before you left for the academy, you had just crashed before and had a chunk out of your butt lol. Miss you Nick and me and my family watch all of your stuff on tv. Much love from everyone back home. I also want to say, you’re such a strong person. You’ve made it this far and we’re so proud of you. Even though it’s been so long, I’m always here for you. You were my first boyfriend lol and I remember you were the only guy that would talk to me cause I was taller than all the other boys. That actually meant a lot to me, I don’t know if I’ve ever told you that. You’ve always had the biggest heart. You deserve the best and I hope you know that.
