Did you know that there is Green, Red, and Purple Dragonglass? (and Blue Dragonglass in the show). Will the humans be able to cure the Night King of his Hate? To heal the Night King, otherwise known as the Night's King or 13th Lord Commander who was unwilling converted into a White Walker and before they erased his name from history and made up a false story - a false song - about him being The Last Hero...

Man, D and D prob should have hired you. I guess king Wheels is cool too, though.

And in the end, there was no healing and it all mattered not.

Those subtle details and deep theories. I wish you were the screen writer for the show :D

It's blue so people can see it on the TV. Lol.

Given how episode 3 ended I wonder what you think about it now?

Wow, I’m beginning to think that someone (Arya) will use her new weapon (blue dragon glass on one end and black on the other) that when she uses the black end the wight dies but she uses the blue and the person turns from wight to an unversed alive son of craster that is still possible under the night kings control and is still after Arya. But the revelation of this 1. scares the shit out of her (maybe it’s uncle Brendan) and most importantly 2. Preserving herself to notify anyone-everyone of what could be possible.
Obsidian Nebula
Yet all of the Dragonglass on the carts was the usual one - black (or obsidian)

Promise me Ned,
Maybe they want to use the blue color for the dragon glass, because they film a lot of sequences with green screen and having green dragon glass could make it harder to work with.
The Desserted Desert and Crafts by Nicole
I think that’s just steam and blue filter

Was Arya's weapon blue? I can't recall. It was kind of dark.

On the subject of dragon glass color, you aren't taking in to account things changing color as they are heated and liquefied. Steel goes through a blue color when forging. Just a thought.

Wow.. you are the best!! I would have never seen that!!🤔🤗

actually this exact shot of Gendry pouring melted Dragonglass the show runners talked about, saying they wanted a material that looked like molten dragonglass but something entirely safe for actors to be around (not hot and can't cause harm to anybody) .. That's the reason the color look like that... Just go and watch HBO official videos on their channel !

The ONE thing that I have not been sold on (but it seems that everyone else has, which makes me think I’m missing something) is why on EARTH do the living need to meet the dead in combat???
Losing to them isn’t just bad... it’s catastrophic! You are actually giving them a whole new army every time you cross swords (or clubs, axes, etc). Why has no one even considered escaping to Dorne to wait out the summer?
Further, what victory could Jon see with “enough troops”? Sure, you might kill a lot of undead with dragonglass, but every soldier you lose is one gained for your enemy in the next battle-I just do not see any upside to this strategy!
Worst, we are being sold this bill of good that on the face of it makes ZERO sense... in order to save humanity, they need to take every live human north to get as close as possible to undead soldiers who’s only motivation is to kill live humans? Not one of them suggests moving anyone AWAY from the incoming blood bath and I for the life of me do not understand at all.
So I ask again... what am I missing???
I’ll tack on one more obvious question-if you cannot fight (I.e. non-combat females, children and the elderly), what the hell are you doing in the North?? Why aren’t these people being sent south to save resources such as food?
Jo Stewart
I just thought it was blue/black cod it was melted? The weapon Gendry made for the Hound looked green?
Vikas Sharma
Nice theory brother, but I won't be so sure of that, let me go one by one.
John runs for the dragon glass not because it was blue, but as he knew at that time that it was the only fighting chance.
Secondly I would like to refer s8e2 trailor, Arya had a dragon glass weapon, and as far as her training goes if she gets night king in front of her she won't miss, still we see her running for her life, that means not only dragon glass failed, valerian steel failed too.
That's brings us to the conclusion, big question how the monster dies then, answer lies in Benjamin telling Bran you will be waiting for him, and you will be ready. I think night king needs to be either killed or healed at the point he was made in the vision, not in reality.
But that's my opinion and soon we will find what's what.
Headphone Son
Or rather economists will be able to reasonably predict market cycles again... better get some DRGL Dragonglass
SME
Can you talk about Danny's comment to Jon when they were at the waterfalls and says they could stay there for 1000 years? Is this a hint of what may happen to Danny? She is the nights queen?

Jon Snow's Third Death The Biggest Clue Ever (BLUE 3 months ago   04:53

You’ll often hear people speak about the Three Big Twists to Game of Thrones Season 8. What we are referring to is something show Runner David Benioff once said: That there would be "three holy sh-- moments."

The first was Shireen. The second was Hodor. And he said that the third will happen at "the very end."

Hereis one of my ideas for what is commonly known as the third big twist of game of thrones Season 8 ... Jon Snow’s THIRD Death.

This video is both an analysis of events from past seasons of HBOs "Game of Thrones" as well as Game of Thrones Season 8 theories and Game of Thrones Season 8 predictions.
