Utah's Sundance Resort as told Get an inside look at the Sundance Film 4 months ago   04:12

Actor, director and Utah enthusiast Robert Redford shares the story of Sundance Mountain Resort.

Only an hour from Salt Lake City International Airport, the Provo resort is rustic elegance steeped in dramatic scenery. Its 42 runs cross more than 450 acres with 2,150 vertical feet. Its classic cabins boast rough sawn wood and stone fireplaces. Everything breathes high quality.

“What’s the flame that started [Sundance Mountain Resort]? It’s about storytelling. Once I get off Provo Canyon and come up this narrow road, I start to breathe differently. Then when we come up, and open up to Sundance, it’s like ‘Ahhh.’ It’s never been dull coming up this road. It always feels new; it always feels fresh. It sets in motion a different attitude, where I then slow down.” — Robert Redford
