Foreign visitors to Singapore who travelled with selected operators could submit electronic arrival cards up to 14 days early. The Immigration and Checkpoints Authority (ICA) was extending a trial it started in October 2018. Paper cards would be completely phased out by 2021 as part of ICA's efforts to improve efficiency.
