This is the Flow Hive 2. It's a beehive which lets you harvest honey instantly. It works using a plastic honeycomb, which bees will live in and use just like a normal hive. The Flow Hive makes it easy to split the comb to allow the honey to drain out.

FlowHive was originally sold on Indiegogo, and 51,000 units were distributed. Now they have updated their design. The hive has raised almost £10,000,000 during its crowdfunding lifetime.

Do Flow Hives really work? How to get honey from a bee hive.
Continuing to test the Flow-Hive frames and how the honeybees use them. The results are impressive and the honey more abundant with each cycling/removal of honey.

The Flow Hive for honey bees demonstrated some "potential" problems the first time around In this video, not only did the flow-frames NOT leak, but they yielded even more honey than the first time around. https://up-tube.com/upvideo/ju6CmqhzMGb

RAW honey direct from the flow-frames into jars with no filtering, straining or processing/spinning. The honey bees do not have to apply as much wax as with traditional extracting processes generally demand of them and they only replace the cap wax.

How much honey in one flow frame? A Half Gallon!

Remember to remove only surplus honey, not the honey stores that your colony of honey bees need to survive winter or a summer dearth.

IF you have decided to get a FlowHive and would like to save $50.00 on your first purchase, please contact me and provide your e-mail address, I'll take care of you from there!

NOTE: I am NOT compensated nor associated with FlowHive or the Flow Company/Inventors in any way. This is an independent evaluation and I purchased each flowhive directly from the FlowHive website or their Indigogo campaign.

In this video and in my apiary, I am using the the Classic Cedar 7 Frame Flow Supers. They match the 10 frame Langstroth style bee hive boxes.
