5:34 you say:" he said that he had changed his mind" but i reckon that it is meant to be in a narrative context right? Because i can think of some situations in which i can say "he said that he changed his mind" and "he said he has changed his mind" in a context like a bar ordination or sth of the kind. Thanks for the response

Great! It made me remind of an old saying that people from Rome use for expressing irony about obvious statements: "If my grandfather had not died he would have lived a long life." ("Se mi nonno nun moriva, troppo campava" - it's in dialect)
