Hmm, Poachers moonlighting as Gamekeepers...... dangerous......... Airlines got to pay for a real FAA with teeth, cost about 10c per ticket, no ones gonna be prepared to die to save a dime.......

Mmm... more like "A look at the agency, that boeing regulates "... lol

Dan Elwell "Acting" Administrator FAA , thanks Dan for the statistics and the cost and manpower necessary to get the FAA more involved. There are more cops on the beat in N.Y. than employess in all the FAA. A 94% reduction in accidents since 1997 in the U.S. I guess those foreign pilots are just 2nd rate; however it was Capts. Michael Michaelis & Dennis Tajer at AA and Capt. Jon Weaks at Southwest that emphatically stated that they "were not told", "didn't know" (MCAS was on the airplane). 346 dead, but thankfully did not alter the stats in the U.S. since 1997.
Hey Dan, big spender, why not get on board and get a couple pilots from ALPA, couple from AA and 2 more from South West. That equals 6 people to lock over the shoulders of the FAA and Boeing and ask the tough question. Your words ring hollow.

Profit above life!...... Sound like US healthcare! 😒😒😒

Boeing workers at the factory, have gone on record to show that their managers, knowingly use defective parts. parts that were clearly marked with red paint to indicate defective not suitable for use. Not only that they did not clean up at all. there was metallic shavings in and around electric equipment. That's a recipe for disaster

and we're seeing every industry being regulated in this way. Under the regressive Republican party, you putting all the foxes in charge of the hen house. From education to the environmental protection agency, putting fossil fuel and corporate interests first
Shawn McManus
2 most important words here we're "stock holder". The stock holders wouldn't be happy if they undertook an expensive program to engineer a whole new airplane. The profit machine beat the safety machine then stood over it and pissed in it's mouth while laughing.

This model plane is now dead. And its the price to pay for boeing.

207 planed nearly crashed. To aeroplanes grand !!! Top people, are evil 💵💵💵💵💵💵💰😈

So you build an unstable aircraft, add a software fix to prevent stall, don't tell the pilots up front, don't tell the pilots a year before the first crash when you knew there was a problem, don't tell the pilots after the first crash then try to hide this problem after the second crash, and THIS is one of the million things you didn't check out as part of qualification? B.S.

Some Boeing executives need to spend life in prison, no parole.

Lack of accidents does not prove the system is safe. It only proves there was a lack of crashes. Reason’s swiss cheese model is dated, complex systems have emergent properties which may not be well understood by testers.

Flying Blind Flying Safe, 1997 identified the same issue. It’s just gotten worse with ODA.

“Sometimes the holes in the Swiss cheese align perfectly, this is what happen here”
Well what 2 times?
Here is what America has lost that no one is talking about!
Credibility and influence - The world accepted the FTA approval so they could fly around the world.
That’s gone straight out the window, EU, Canada, Australia, will do their own assessment from now on.
So it just became more difficult for manufacturers.
Simon Gills
Bush. Only under Bush would USA invade Iraq (wrong country, mate) and let the FAA do its job as it did before. It did before. So why could it not keep doing the same?

Who certifies suicide vests; the manufactures or the FSVA?

Europeans design better cars...it seems the same with planes now.
In Germany and Japan the engineers have the final say, not the marketing and management staff.
