We have a team of 100 people from 20 countries with several time zones... But I am alone all day... I do not meet any human in my entire day... No employee,, no customers... Nobody.. I think this is the reason why wework is growing so fast .. As human you need some sort of social interactions away from these communication channels.. Let's be honest here, can you imagine yourself wake up in the morning in The same place you work, without any human physical contact?
