Thomas The Tank Engine & Friends CP - Thomas and the Trucks Jazz Theme 9 months ago   01:42

Alternate Title - Tom Tom At The Prom Prom
Well this be my mix of the original Thomas & Friends Theme by Mike O'Donnell and Junior Campbell. I thought it necessary to upload it for the 70th Anniversary of the Railway Series and although I technically missed the year that marked the first Railway Series book in 1945, 1946 was the year the first book that a certain blue engine made his first appearance and would charm everyone big and small on a global scale and as such I feel proud to be making my mark on the celebration of the 70 years that the second book of the Railway Series was first published.

The sources for this are the BBC Prom Orchestra's edition of the theme as well as a ragtime piano cover by American pianists Frank LiVolsi & Max Keelys. Also a little but most familiar surprise at the end!

The Rights to Thomas & Friends and its Theme Tune belong to Hit Entertainment/Mattel, the covers of said theme also belong to their respective owners.

2B or not 2B
The second part makes me want to dance like it's the 1940's.

CP - Thomas and the Trucks Jazz Theme Thomas The Tank Engine & Friends 9 months ago   01:23

Here's a new recording I did of the jazzy version of Thomas's theme from Thomas and the Trucks. I forgot the little two-note intro part, whatever... I might do the following music cue as a separate piece.
