OPEC and other oil producing countries are just a joke now. Oil prices is so low at $52 and yet they still sell their remaining precious resources. That shows how weak, stupid and desperate these oil producers are. Destine to be abused by the industrial world! Soon one by one, they will be bankrupt and taken over by US ! If I am Qatar, I would have left this crippled OPEC long ago.
